Personal History		Please note: Captain S'Vesta has requested her name be given in the standard "First/Last" format to ensure easier integration to Starfleet Juulla and T'Sera rarely spent time apart. Born of an affluent family, their mother is the owner of a large trading company, dealing in many commodities, and their father is a General within the Bajoran Militia, Intelligence branch. The two grew up in Jalanda City, mostly with their father, while their mother spent more time in the city of Lasuma. This heavy influence of their father led them to join the Militia when Juulla reached 18. T’Sera lied in her application, while only being aged 16. Bareil discovered this, and expressed his immediate disproval. However after reassurances from Juulla that she would protect her sister, their father eventually agreed, and even went so far as to disguise T’Sera’s age, based on her performance in training missions. Around the time of Juulla's 32nd birthday, a renewed threat had emerged from the Dominion, in an event referred to as the "Return of the 2800" Juulla had volunteered to assist with the retaking of Deep Space Nine, serving aboard the U.S.S. Belfast briefly as a liaison officer. Shortly after the destruction of the Belfast, she transferred to a full Starfleet commission. After this event, Juulla led a ground assault on Deep Space Nine, and was largely successful in liberating the station with her team. However, there was an ensuing space battle. Juulla's team transported to the nearest available ship, the U.S.S. Ranger. Although her shields were only dropped momentarily to transfer assault teams to Deep Space Nine, and extract the infiltration team, the Ranger suffered some extensive damage, and the majority of her tactical crew were killed or seriously wounded. Juulla reported to the Ranger's bridge and relieved Lieutenant L'Kura at tactical. Despite the Ranger's damage she put up a valiant battle to retake Deep Space Nine. Juulla stayed on with the Ranger over the coming months, supervising repairs to the tactical systems at Starbase 375. When offered by Captain Ronaldo Jacobs, Juulla decided to formally apply to the Ranger's crew as a Tactical Officer. After a year's tour of duty in the Beta Ursae sector block, the Ranger was assigned to a task-force near the Neutral Zone, providing assistance for the Romulan Republic settlement in Tau Dewa. Juulla was instrumental in taking out a Tal'Shiar base which threatened the settlement on Dewa III, and as such was promoted to Lieutenant Commander on Stardate 90868. In stardate 92177, Juulla was promoted to Commander and placed as Second in Command of the U.S.S. Maedhbh under Captain Auzlin Cell. Her skills as a tactical officer are exceptional, and has made a great contribution to the quality of the Ranger's combat record since joining her crew a year ago. While Lt. S'Vesta's personality may appear quite quiet, her abilities as a team leader should not be overlooked, and her relationships with both superior and subordinate officers are cordial and positive. She can have a strong and commanding manner, and has a quick and creative mind with the ability to plot tactical probabilities and possibilities with great speed. Her skill and intelligence as a tactical officer has been apparent from her first day aboard, and I find her a valuable addition to the Bridge Command rotation. Her relationships with superior officers is exemplary, and her combat simulation programs, as well as her simulation performance itself, is a clear demonstration of both her skill and leadership. Her main duties aboard the Ranger have been at the tactical station on the bridge, however, her ground combat is excellent as well. I feel Juulla would be appropriate for a promotion, if only she had a suitable test of her skills. On our new assignment, S'Vesta has been assisting with the training of Romulan ground forces. While this is a worthy goal, it is still training. I feel she would do well with a difficult assignment, and will ask Admiral T'Nae if there is anything we can offer for her. Additionally, a new officer has come aboard, Lieutenant Commander Ailles Vallah. I will be coordinating missions between them, and attach his review to Lieutenant S'Vesta's service jacket.
