Personal History		Isher Petra and her siblings grew up hearing stories about fighting the Cardassian occupation of Bajor, and this motivated them at a young age to pursue careers in public service as young adults. However, as they got older the stories became darker and told of suffering. Her brother and sister chose to stay on Bajor and protect it from future Cardassian aggression. Petra decided her place was fighting oppression among the stars. Her time in the Bajoran Militia prepared her well for service in Starfleet Security, though she is a little too eager to fight for many of her superiors.
