A New Undertaking

It has been a number of months now since I left the Europa. It was nice to have a small break, but it is also good to be back onboard a ship.

The Neptune is quite a nice ship, capable in simulations. I haven't had much chance to speak with the crew yet unfortunately. However I anticipate they are capable and able.

Captain Medeiros is certaintly a strong leader, and I look forward to serving with him. His history is impressive and I must admit to being in awe of his service record.

The Delta Quadrant will remain largely uncharted, even with Voyager's records.

I don't look forward to an encounter with the Krowtonan Guard however we will be prepared for them if need be.

The final adjustments are being made to the new deflector assembly, this should hopefully increase our gravimetric distortion and increase sensor resolution. It's going to be fun to have all this literal cutting edge technology again.
